Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Any attempted chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban from the server and store.
To appeal a ban, the chargeback must be fully resolved and canceled.

If you do not receive your purchased item within 15 minutes, contact us on Discord with proof of purchase.

If your Discord account is linked, you may also receive store-related Discord roles automatically.
